SPORTS MEDICINE SURGEON OPPORTUNITY

The Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics (RIAO) at LifeBridge Health is actively recruiting a board-certified Sports Medicine Surgeon to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedics, with a specialization in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of sports-related injuries. This position offers the opportunity to work as the orthopedic surgeon for a local D1 university as well as area high schools and club teams, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO with Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery
- 5 years of post-graduate experience
- Completion of Sports Medicine Fellowship
- Ability to successfully obtain Maryland Medical License without restrictions
- Current DEA license
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Passion for education, program building, and clinical excellence

This role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary of $550-700K. This role has an opportunity a quality incentive as well as an opportunity for incremental compensation through wRVU production.
