Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida or applicable State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Outpatient experience required.
• Orthopedic outpatient (Op Ortho) experience required.
• Experience managing a caseload of approximately 14–16 patients per day preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems preferred. (EMR: Prompt listed by client.)

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift: Days.
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–5:30 PM; Friday 7:00 AM–12:00 PM.
• Patient volume: Approximately 14–16 patients per day.
