Description

Our office is need of an orthopedic surgeon independent contractor who desires to practice part-time in the South Bay.  Orthopaedic Surgical Specialists is a private practice located in Torrance, California and the position is ideally for general orthopedics and surgery with an emphasis in sports medicine, foot and ankle or spine.  This private practice allows for independence, collegiality and will efficiently supplement income.  Call is light and is required one weekday (M,Tu,W, or Th) each week and one weekend a month on average.  The new orthopedic surgeon will be responsible for their malpractice insurance and will keep the majority of their fees, depending on their monthly collections.

Requirements

Successful completion of Orthopedic Surgery Residency.

Minimum one year post-graduate experience in clinical and surgical orthopedics.

Minimum one weekday per week and once weekend each month of combined office and ER call.
