Boulder Sports Clinic is a multidisciplinary sports medicine and rehabilitation practice located in Boulder, Colorado. We specialize in orthopedic and sports injury rehabilitation and deliver high-level, evidence-based care to active individuals and athletes of all levels.
We are seeking a motivated physical therapist with strong orthopedic and sports rehab expertise who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance clinical environment. The ideal candidate values one-on-one care, clinical excellence, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
You will work closely with a team of chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, personal trainers, and a nurse practitioner to deliver integrated, patient-centered care. Our clinic operates on a cash-based model, allowing providers to focus on outcomes—not insurance-driven constraints.
This is a one-on-one, appointment-based position with visit lengths of 40–60 minutes, enabling high-quality evaluation, treatment, and patient education. We pride ourselves on staying current with the latest evidence-based research, clinical technology, and performance-driven rehab strategies.
Clinical Environment & Approach
Our providers utilize a wide range of advanced diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to:
- Orthopedic & sports injury rehabilitation
- Exercise prescription & progressive loading strategies
- Manual therapy
- Trigger point dry needling
- Active Release Technique (ART)
- DNS, SFMA
- Spinal Decompressio
- Shockwave/Class 4 lase
- Graston / instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization
- Gait analysis (RunEasi)
- Diagnostic ultrasound

35 patient care hours per week

Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Active Colorado Physical Therapy License
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
Strong orthopedic knowledge and exercise prescription skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary clinical setting
